In this pivotal role, you will manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in vendor payments while supporting the month-end close process.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and coding compliance.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain the vendor master file and establish positive relationships with key suppliers.
- Prepare and review AP aging reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or advanced Excel skills.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
