Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions within 24-hour turnaround time
- Manage vendor communications and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Conduct three-way matching for invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports
- Maintain accurate financial records in SAP and QuickBooks systems
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve aging report items
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize payment terms
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in AP automation tools (e.g., Tipalti, Coupa)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance standards
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with daily pay or alternative payroll systems
- Strong analytical skills for exception resolution
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
