Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing: Accurately process and verify a high volume of invoices, ensuring all data is entered correctly into the ERP system (NetSuite/SAP).
- Vendor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, resolving billing discrepancies and answering inquiries regarding invoices.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure AP accounts are balanced and accurate.
- Expense Management: Review and approve employee expense reports in accordance with company policy.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analysis.
- System Maintenance: Maintain vendor master data and update credit terms in the financial system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger accounting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with AP software (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy when handling financial data and documentation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors.
- Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
