Responsibilities
- Process and code high-volume invoices accurately and timely using ERP systems (SAP/NetSuite).
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and issue payments via check and ACH transfers.
- Assist with month-end close procedures, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Maintain and organize vendor master files and tax documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement process improvements and automation strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills required) and AP software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to our North Carolina office occasionally for cross-functional collaboration.
