Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing: Accurately and timely process high volumes of invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and posting.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, resolving discrepancies and maintaining positive relationships.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- System Management: Maintain and update the AP sub-ledger and general ledger accounts using ERP software.
- Expense Reporting: Review and approve employee expense reports and credit card statements.
- Reporting: Assist in month-end and year-end close processes by providing AP reports and aging schedules.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and maintain data integrity.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for vendor interactions.
- Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
