- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Optimize invoice workflows using SAP and QuickBooks systems
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor payment terms and discounts
- Lead month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system expertise required
- Proven track record in month-end closing
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Ability to prioritize 50+ invoices daily under tight deadlines
