Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports accurately
- Manage payment cycles and reconcile vendor statements
- Resolve invoice discrepancies through proactive communication
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Utilize SAP and QuickBooks software for transaction processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
