In this role, you will manage the full-cycle bookkeeping process, from accounts payable and receivable to month-end close and financial reporting. We are looking for a proactive individual who can not only execute tasks efficiently but also provide strategic insights to our clients.

Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports for clients.
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures efficiently.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation support as needed.
- Communicate complex financial data to clients and team members in a clear, professional manner.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or NetSuite preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
