Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and financial audits.
  • Process payroll for multiple clients with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
