Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and organize monthly financial reports for management review.
- Assist with basic payroll tasks and preparation of tax documentation.
- Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
- Sort and file physical and digital documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior bookkeeping or accounting experience required; we provide paid training.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
