Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Manage electronic payments and maintain vendor master data
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using SAP/Oracle systems
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment strategies
- Implement internal controls for compliance with SOX regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Exceptional Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table mastery
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in matrix environments
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA preferred)
- Experience with 3-way matching and T&E reconciliation
