Responsibilities
- Process and verify high volumes of invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including data entry and payment processing.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing issues.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
- Utilize accounting software (SAP/QuickBooks) to generate reports.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related financial role.
- Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
