Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy, coding, and compliance.
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure audit readiness.
- Prepare and process employee expense reports and travel reimbursements.
- Assist with month-end close processes and generate AP aging reports.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to resolve purchase order issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; Bachelor's degree a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
