We are looking for a proactive individual to join our finance team and ensure our vendors are paid accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage vendor relationships, including resolving discrepancies and answering inquiries.
- Reconcile accounts payable accounts and prepare month-end accruals.
- Review and approve expense reports from employees.
- Maintain accurate records in the AP ledger and ERP system.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP).
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
