Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports within 24-hour turnaround
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies using SAP/Oracle
- Execute daily payment runs and maintain vendor communication portals
- Support month-end closing with accrual adjustments and documentation
- Collaborate with procurement on 3-way matching for PO-based invoices
- Implement internal controls to prevent duplicate payments
- Generate AP aging reports and cash flow forecasts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in mid-sized companies
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Expertise in 1099 processing and tax form compliance
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- High school diploma; Associate's degree in Accounting preferred
- Ability to process 50+ invoices daily with 99.5% accuracy
- Experience with daily pay platforms like Payactiv or DailyPay
