Responsibilities
- Process and verify all incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve any discrepancies with vendors promptly.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely communication regarding payment schedules.
- Prepare and maintain aging reports and monthly financial statements.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and general ledger support.
- Utilize accounting software to update and maintain the AP database efficiently.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
