- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours
- Execute daily payment runs via ACH and wire transfers
- Maintain digital filing systems and audit trails for compliance
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor management
- Analyze payment trends to optimize cash flow processes
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Experience with daily pay or real-time compensation systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
