- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly

- Generate monthly AP reports for leadership review
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with daily pay systems preferred
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) a plus
