- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize payment terms
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Prepare month-end closing reports and journal entries
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Manage vendor relationships and payment inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in finance/accounting
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or AP certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
