Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial audits and compliance initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Support tax preparation and regulatory filings with external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial controls
- Proven ability to manage month-end close with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
