Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Conduct weekend month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Assist with weekend audits and compliance documentation
- Support weekend payroll processing and tax filing
- Collaborate with weekday finance teams for seamless operations
- Implement weekend financial controls and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- CPA certification or active pursuit strongly preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Experience with weekend or shift-based financial operations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
