- Implement daily pay processing for 500+ employees using proprietary software
- Optimize invoice workflows to achieve 2-day average processing time
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on cost-saving initiatives
- Conduct quarterly audits of payment systems and vendor contracts
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel advanced functions
- Proven track record implementing daily pay or alternative payroll solutions
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- Ability to manage competing deadlines with zero tolerance for errors
- Knowledge of Washington state tax regulations and compliance requirements
