Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with daily pay execution
- Optimize vendor payment cycles using cutting-edge accounting software
- Conduct three-way matching and reconciliation for 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with procurement teams to resolve payment discrepancies
- Analyze AP data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain compliance with SOX and internal controls
- Lead month-end closing processes for AP sub-ledger
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in accounts payable with daily pay exposure
- Expertise in NetSuite or Oracle ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven success in high-volume payment processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with zero tolerance for errors
