Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile vendor invoices with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage payment cycles including ACH, wire, and check disbursements
- Optimize daily pay system for 200+ vendors
- Collaborate with procurement on contract compliance
- Implement automation in invoice processing workflows
- Conduct month-end closing and financial reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume AP experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Certification in Accounts Payable (APCP) or equivalent
- Expertise in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Demonstrated experience with daily pay implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
