Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.
- Manage the full AP workflow, including coding, approvals, and payments via ACH or wire.
- Maintain and update the vendor master data within our ERP system (SAP/NetSuite).
- Prepare monthly financial reports and audit schedules as required.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with AP automation software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Excellent communication skills for vendor interactions.
