Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance and promote bank products/services
- Maintain cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
