Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with accurate reporting
- Manage general ledger operations and reconcile accounts
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Conduct internal audits and process improvements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Proven experience with financial reporting systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and tax regulations
