Responsibilities
- Process and verify high volumes of invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for all financial documentation.
- Communicate proactively with vendors to resolve invoice issues and maintain strong relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliation of accounts.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP) to manage transactions and data entry.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required).
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
