Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies
- Manage payment cycles including ACH, wire, and check processing
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on vendor inquiries
- Maintain organized electronic and physical documentation
- Analyze aging reports and optimize payment strategies
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience required
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- AP certification (APC or CAPP) a plus
