Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with zero-error accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Implement and maintain AP process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Manage employee expense reports and reimbursements with audit-ready documentation
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams for month-end closing
- Conduct 3-way matching for PO-based invoices and compliance audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in mid-sized companies
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and AP automation tools
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and financial modeling
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of process optimization and cost reduction
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
