Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoice payments and expense reimbursements
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on payment schedules
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
- Conduct 3-way matching for purchase orders and receipts
- Generate monthly AP reports for financial analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial controls
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certification (CAPP, APFC) preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy standards
