Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and monthly reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation
- Process payroll and maintain employee expense reports
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
