Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze variance reports for executive review
- Assist with tax compliance and quarterly filings
- Maintain accurate client accounting records in QuickBooks
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Process payroll for assigned client portfolios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance awareness
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
