Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume accounts payable transactions within ERP systems
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Execute month-end closing procedures including accruals and reconciliations
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using automation tools
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on spend analysis
- Lead process improvement initiatives for AP efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
