Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Manage 3-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Optimize payment cycles using NetSuite and Ariba systems
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor payment terms
- Prepare month-end AP reports for financial review
- Implement process improvements to reduce processing time
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expertise in NetSuite, Ariba, or similar ERP systems
- Certification in AP (e.g., CAPP) or Finance degree preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record in vendor relationship management
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
