Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Manage three-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Coordinate with procurement and accounting teams for payment approvals
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Prepare weekly payment runs and execute ACH/wire transfers
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume settings
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
