Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Manage expense reports and employee reimbursements within SLAs
- Optimize payment cycles using NetSuite ERP system
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms
- Prepare month-end AP closing reports and audit documentation
- Implement process improvements to reduce processing time by 15%
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume AP experience with ERP systems
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Experience with international payment processing and currency conversions
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in matrixed organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced knowledge of sales tax compliance in Washington State
