Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using NetSuite ERP
- Collaborate with procurement team on vendor payment terms
- Prepare month-end AP closing reports and accruals
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for payment efficiency
- Manage 1099 vendor compliance and tax documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Excel
- Expertise in 3-way matching and procurement-to-pay cycles
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) a plus
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience with B2B fintech payment systems preferred
