Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and expense reports
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries within SLAs
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment strategies
- Generate monthly AP reports for financial analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expertise in 3-way matching and invoice processing
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
