Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions including invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on payment optimization
- Support month-end closing processes and audits
- Implement process improvements for AP efficiency
- Manage 1099 vendor relationships and compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP) and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Experience with procurement-to-pay cycles
