Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports accurately and within SLAs
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage payment processing including ACH, wire transfers, and checks
- Coordinate with procurement and accounting teams to resolve payment issues
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Assist with month-end closing and audit preparations
- Optimize AP processes using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
