Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy
- Manage expense reports and employee reimbursements
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams
- Support month-end closing processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
