Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoice payments and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Implement and maintain internal controls for AP processes
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms and payment terms
- Utilize SAP and NetSuite ERP systems for transaction processing
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
- Analyze payment trends to optimize cash flow and early payment discounts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/NetSuite) and MS Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Experience with 3-way matching and SOX compliance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and vendor relationship management skills
