Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing: Accurately receive, review, and process incoming invoices in our ERP system (NetSuite/SAP) within 24-48 hours of receipt.
- Vendor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, resolving billing discrepancies and answering inquiries professionally.
- Data Entry & Reconciliation: Perform high-volume data entry tasks, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and reconciled daily.
- Expense Reporting: Assist in the monthly reconciliation of expense reports and credit card statements for department managers.
- Payment Administration: Prepare and verify checks and electronic payments (ACH/Wire) for timely disbursement.
- Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Experience: No prior accounting experience required. We provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
