Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports.
- Enter data into the accounting software with high precision.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and issue payments to vendors via check or ACH.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle financial figures accurately.
- Professional demeanor and a strong willingness to learn new accounting software.
