- Process and verify 100+ invoices weekly for accuracy and compliance
- Manage vendor payments and maintain positive payment relationships
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all AP documentation
- Collaborate with purchasing and finance teams on payment cycles

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
