Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and code incoming invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Process payments through ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) ensuring timely posting.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies or queries.
- Manage the month-end close process for the accounts payable ledger.
- Maintain organized vendor files, including W-9s and contracts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and expense analyses.
- Communicate proactively with vendors regarding payment status and terms.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle high-volume transaction processing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
