Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Maintain organized accounts payable records and documentation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with purchasing department to resolve payment issues
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- Support annual audits and financial reviews as required
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of accounts payable processing experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with pivot table experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
