Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for financial documents
- Reconcile purchase orders with invoices and payment records
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and records
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) for data entry
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
