Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports within 3-day SLAs
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Execute electronic payments via ACH and wire transfers
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on month-end closes
- Conduct periodic audits for compliance and process improvement
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years hands-on accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system expertise required
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
